I'm thrilled that Drury managed to pull this off. Trouba has been awful this year, and he was awful this past postseason. But would I call him a "clown"? No. He has never acted like a clown. An athlete doesn't become a "clown" just because their skills have eroded. Would I call you a "clown"? Yes. Definitely.

Great Video, as usual, Evan. I think that we got Christmas Gifts early. While I like Jacob Trouba & sincerely wish him the best of luck in Anaheim, because he's a decent man, who was merely overpaid, I think that this is an Excellent Step, in Correcting what is one of the things that is wrong in Rangersland. Let me know what you think (PS. This might even work for both teams, if less pressure helps Jacob Trouba get out of his funk).
I don't know if you will agree, Evan, but, I'd immediately give The Captaincy to Chris Kreider. He's always fired up, after A Goal, not to mention the fact that he's Decent, even when he is in A Slump (he's on pace for approximately 36 goals, this year, also, even though he's not having his best year).
