Great move selling my tickets plus parking pass for $600 to Ranger fans who think they're that much better than us. Please, Lou, back up the truck and move out anyone over 30.
Sorokin wasn't good, but the Islanders have to be able to put more that 1 goal in when they play the way they did for most of the night. They've been lacking finishers for years.
I was at this game and I have no idea what game you watched Mitch. Pageau, Pulock, Pelech and most unfortunate of all…Ilya Sorokin had the most horrific games I can ever remember witnessing. Sorokin was terrible, the defense was non existent, Anders Lee lost every race to the puck imaginable, honestly the only player on the ice for the Islanders who was putting forth effort was Bo Horvat, but he was completely alone out there. I went to the game against Buffalo where the Islanders were completely SHELLED, and in that game the Islanders played ten times better than they played tonight. This game was completely OVER after the first period, and to sit there and listen to Ranger fans and even the very, very few Islander fans chant…."Let's Go Rangers" for the next two periods was MORTIFYING. Tonight was an all time low point for the Islanders since UBS arena opened! If I was Patrick Roy I would bench Pageau and Duclair immediately and to think Mayfield was a healthy scratch tonight…now that's funny!š®
The 4th line got outmatched by theirs and Pulouck and Perunovich were terrible. How this team can't get up for a NYR game is an indictment on the lack of leadership on this team. And from a PR perspective, this is a horrible look for the franchise and upper management.
Really frustrating with how they came out to be down 3 to 1 after the first, and they just couldn't find the extra gear to pot one, if they make it 3-2 it's a totally different game. Frustrating that Ilya couldn't steal one
Isles will never win with Sorokin in goal. He stays in his crease most of the time, goes down to his knees on every shot and gets beat up high often, hugs the post on his knees and gets beat over his shoulder. All goalies play this style (on knees most of the time) and players are finally figuring out to just rip a shot high and as hard as you can. Would love to sit down with Roy, John Davidson, Billy Smith, Mike Richter, Hank Lundvquist, Chico Resch and watch a game with them (any game) and point out how goalies suck today thanks to this style they play (on their knees)

Wish matt was here…he is the best part of the podcast š¢
Good teams find a way to Win and Bad teams find a way to lose and that was the case tonight.
Brock has left the building!
Season over. Move Nelson, Pager, Palms.

If we donāt sell Iām not giving this team anymore money. This ācoreā is cooked. Need to get younger.
Donāt worry guys. Lou will sign palmeri and broke and extend Lee. Lou believes in the core!!!!!!
Until Lou is gone I donāt even watch anymore. A joke of a franchise.

Okay Lou, is it time to sell yet? Or do we need to be 20 points out of the playoffs first?

When Matt Rempe scores a goal, thatās a bad game for any team. His 2nd goal of the season beating his previous record of 0ā¦.

No playoffs this year…this loss was the last straw…they will NOT make the playoffs…time to retool, Lou!!!
