Regardless of how well Pettersson is doing, Miller seems like a temperamental brat who needs to grow up, don't know how much I can respect a player that actively tears down his teammates no matter how much he scores.
Pettersson was coddled under Boudreau which in a way made him spoiled and mentally soft. The fact he came into camp out of shape shows his level of immaturity.
11M for what, might as well spend that money somewhere else
and Vancouver will continue to raise their home game tix prices.

The coach is the issue and always has been. Time to bring in a coach that has a winning record and not one that is just "available". He has taken a team the was all around good and built a system around 1 players style. JT is a great player but a shitty teammate and that is no league secret and while he is a good player to build entire offensive system around his play 1) fead his already large ego 2) doomed the skill first players. The issue JT had with Petey is his physical play, but Petey has and will never be a forechecker, so JT gets mad that he can't play his style of game and the rift is allowed to grow. Tochett needs to be put back on the shelf and a new younger coach that understands to just let these guys play is needed.
