The Edmonton Oilers have one of the lowest cost goalie tandems in the entire NHL between Stuart Skinner and Calvin Pickard. Over the weekend, the duo were gouged to the tune of 13 goals once again increasing the chatter around the position group and whether or not the Oilers need to upgrade ahead of the March 7th trade deadline.

No goalie will look good in front of the kind of mistakes that Bouchard makes 3 times a game. They've faced 2 on 0s and 4 on 1s in the past 2 games. That said, yeah, the Oilers need a better goalie for the playoffs and maybe in a year or 2 Skinner can take over.
