– OILERS NEED : NEW GOALIE COACH
– OILERS NEED : More game review and interactions with video coach and line coaches to fix weaknesses , problems etc. and or improve pairings etc based on track record history
NHL NEEDS : TO CHANGE TO INCENTIVIZED CONTRACTS INSTEAD OF OF HUGE GUARANTEED without performance contract earnings .

If oilers don’t trade Bouchard and sign him to a big contract oilers will end up like a Vancouver scenario with Elias Peterson !!!! No show Bouchard costing so many points for the other team !!!
