  1. Pettersson is not hurt, management and coach have said so contradicting Pettersson. Management and coach knows better than Pettersson!

  2. Millzo was beloved by fans and the team and they got crumbs for him. Guys an actual play driver and an animal, and they chose the whiny baby Petey. Canucks blundered hard, ditching Petey was the obvious choice from the start.

  3. I agree with TITTY_INSPECTOR_69 for a handful of reasons and his position:
Drama. I doubt this is the case. Who even are these people in media land?
It would be a red flag since Sedin's are contracted to help players out.
But it always requires willingness on all sides.

  4. When someone keeps getting the finger pointed at them from multiple people for multiple years, maybe the stories about Petey are true? It's like him saying "I'm not the problem, ALL OF YOU are the problem". Yeah, sure.

  5. This is kind of old news. I remember in his rookie season & they asked him if he had been over to the Sedin’s & he said no flatly & showed no interest in doing so.

  6. I knew EP 40 didn’t like the twins from the day he was drafted and the way he interacted with the twins you could tell he thinks he’s way better than them

  7. I've been EP40's biggest defender, but if this is all true, obviously management knew about it, so why did they sign him to that contract? What is going on?

  8. Media is officially turning on him. Its like EP40 is self sabotaging himself. I don't see a way back. I'm starting to think he will get traded.

  9. I know people who met Petey in Downtown Telus and majority of them said hes very Cocky
    Hes always there
I can't speak on that because I never met him..We met JT and Brock and they are great
Alviin should be fired before he really messes things up and Hughes doesn't want to come bk

  10. The narcoleptic hypochondriac Canucks need solutions not excuses. The 4th highest paid NHL player ghosting should be a breach in contract. Who knew that management couldn't manage? EP40 is terminal and at this point.. looks expired.

  11. Sounds like he doesn't trust anyone anymore and just wants to be left alone. This is troublesome for both his personal growth and his on ice play. So would it help to send him to a quiet market like Florida so he can avoid the media and everyone?

  12. Until Petterson humbles himself and realizes he is not god he is not needed or wanted on this team.
Also, before he was drafted didn’t management have him interviewed to see what was in his head and not just focus on he was a teenager playing with men. This should be a wake up call for the Canucks scouting. Now maybe he fooled everyone which then makes it even more crucial for scouting to recognize and stay away from this type of person. Regardless of stats or potential one thinks they have. Not worth it.

  13. Not sure if this is true or not, but if it is, it explains quite perfectly why this guy cannot improve and get out of his funk. I remember how the Sedins twins were trashed in their first few years here – people said they were too slow, too easily knocked off the puck, etc. (aren't these criticism similar to the ones directed to Petey?). These guys took those criticism to heart, dealt with them the best way they could by working their tails off to become arguably the best puck handlers of their generation. If anything, Petey can really learn from Henrik and Daniel about work ethic and about tuning out the noise that comes with playing in a Canadian market. If he chose not to listen and not even to pay attention, this guy probably has reached his ceiling and will not grow into anything. What a terrible mistake the Canucks had made if their scouting didn't discover this attitudinal problem of the guy.
