  1. Might sound strange, but I think landing in Seattle was the best place for him. I still think he should’ve been 1st OA, but he’s really starting to flourish!

  2. Shane is the type of center you can build a team around. He is not ultra flashy…but he is rock solid, tough to knock off the puck, responsible in the D zone, able to crash the net, able to wrestle pucks off the wall, and he has a wicked shot. He just does everything well. He has team captain written all over him.
