Mailbag question.
I have heard rumors recently of trying to bring MCDavid to Philly in 26/27 do you think this is a possibility?
I think Saturday’s game propels the Flyers on a 10-12 game run where they win at least 8 games 7 in regulation. This will get them solidly back in playoff contention.
Perhaps some of the reason you do not hear of the wives is years ago it used to be called “ Flyers wives fight for lives “ carnival. Maybe they should bring that back or slightly change the carnivals name ?
Hey Rachel and Russ. Where do you see our goal tending next season? I think we will be forced to trade one of the two goalies or lose two. I'd either trade Ersson or Kolosov, or trade both Ersson and Kolosov. Maybe to Chicago or a similar team for a center. That would end the goalie situation that we have now and get the pipeline moving again. Plus, it would temporarily solve the center problem and help Coots out. Next up, I'd figure out the wingers. Followed by the d-lines. We really need to bring up the kids as we keep mentioning. What's the point if having picks, if they just sit there? Of course we could start looking for new coaches this off season. If the Flyers bump Torts up, I'd be upset unless he gets a basement office. The game has passed him by. Time to move on. The same with Lappy.
