  1. This felt like a game the sharks deserved to win. They outplayed Calgary for large portions of the game and Gerogiev was actually pretty solid. I don’t like blaming the refs but I watched the replay like five times and there is absolutely zero reason Dellandrea gets a penalty there. Feels like the sharks have had some pretty bad calls go against them this season. One silver lining is that the sharks have 25 1 goal losses this season. You take a few of those games to OT and win a few others and this is a completely different season for the sharks. Hopefully next season we start to see that upward trajectory.

  2. Again , a great show! I agree with ponyboy, this definitely felt like a game the Sharks should have won. I also agree with you that the penalty on Dellandria should not have been called for a penalty after getting mugged in front of the Sharks bench.

Muk still needs to work on his cuts and lateral movement, as he still makes these wide arcs when shifting east-west and takes too much time to get up to speed when exiting the zone. I am hoping he can get some of his skating issues worked out as he progresses in his development.

And, as you noted, that he gains some muscle during the offseason. Maybe that will help give him confidence to be a little more physical.

Overall a really good game by the Sharks (including Georgiev). Looking forward to the game tonight.

Any word on when Kovalenko is expected to be back?
