Was it onside because Tavares was outside the zone and didnt touch the puck until Nylander is onside?
If his stick doesnt make contact with the puck until Nylander gets onside then technically the play is onside, thats a tough call.

Holy cow, does the NHL owe Holmberg something there? There's no question that play was offside! Leafs were slow in the 1st but came out hard in the 2nd & had a decent 3rd. Robby nets two, good on him! Domi looked pretty darn good too, and if only he would play like that more often!!

That offsides at the end called “onsides” after review is the most brutal call I’ve ever seen. Any rulebook that says that’s “onsides” needs to be changed immediately by the league

Die hard Rangers fan here, but I root for the Leafs when my team is trash – which they are – but the fact that that last empty net goal wasnt off-side is a bit perplexing. lol
Chicago goalie uniform is best in NHL. The vintage pad color is a amazing with that red jersey. Perfection!
Thank god that wasn't an important goal on the blown offside, so thankfully it didn't really matter. I'm a Leafs fan, and when one stupid call like this happens, is what leads to everyone screaming the refs are on our side. Tavares never loses control of the puck, so even if it were a "delayed offside" which it's not, he entered the zone with the puck, a stick handle move does not equate to lost possession of the puck. Really terrible call, but otherwise a great game by the boys.
