Seattle Kraken defenseman Brandon Montour is back in South Florida and spoke after practice in Fort Lauderdale on Friday, Feb 21, 2025.
Montour and the Kraken play the Panthers on Saturday night in Sunrise.
The defenseman spent parts of four seasons with Florida (2021-24) and won the Stanley Cup with the Panthers last June before signing with the Kraken. He and Josh Mahura got their rings when Florida visited Seattle in December.

Miss Montour both on and off the ice…
Great kid. I was fortunate enough to live 20 minutes from where Montour grew up and was able to watch him play with the Caledonia Corvairs and lacrosse out on the Rez.
