Leon Draisaitl opened the scoring for the Edmonton Oilers with his 42 goal of the season before Washington Capitals’ Alex Ovechkin completed his 32nd career hat trick and now is just 13 goals away from history as the Capitals beat the Oilers 7-3.

I am not a Caps fan by any means but man this year they are fun to watch (not when they play the Cats) the chemistry between the players is awesome and Ovi getting closer and closer to Gretzky’s record is amazing.
Ай да Алекс …..😊
Oilers need some Dfense if they want another deep playoff run
Ovi has now tied Jagr for most GWG all time (135).
Ah, there's the EDM D we all know and love.
Edmonton D absolutely atrocious this game
Красава , так держать!
Lol oilers fans really think they have the ability to win the cup
This is the strongest I've seen the Caps since 2018.
Why was draysital not in the 4 nations tourney for Canada
Wow oil country got dominated
Edmonton: let's take the Cup
Pickard: no 😅
10 or even 5 years ago nobody in their wildest dreams wouldve imagined Sidney Crosby still Captaining Team Canada and Ovechkin still getting hat tricks in the year 2025! INCREDIBLE
6:06 Well, it was like a show performance.
Wow 3 empty netters 😂😂😂again for Ovi, what a LEGEND
Congrats to Ovi! (Greatest Goal Scorer of Mankind). Also, suggestion to EVERY team that play the Oilers. When McDavid has the puck dancing around in your zone, forget the other 3 players and just have 1 person GLUED to Draisaitle AT ALL TIMES!! (FORGET THE ZONE and LANES! and consider it a mini 4on3 eliminating Draisaitle). McDavid will either shoot it or, puck will end up on Draisaitle's stick 90% of the time. Your odds are better if Draisaitle can't shoot in the end.
Ovi One Can Own Thee!
A hat trick for Ovechkin puts him at 882. The magic number is now 13!
The Great Eight Train is back in business!
13 goals against in 2 games
Where are the high paid bums
I know keeping warm in a frozen wasteland called Edmonton
Oilers is it time to find a true starter for net?
