I felt this day coming. So awful. Ive only been a pens fan since 2007, but i cant imagine the pens without mike. A tragic loss, RIP. ๐ข
Mike Lange, in my opinion, the absolute best broadcaster of all time. He and the Old Two Niner were the best broadcasting duo of all time.
Iโm sure heโs up there, โSmiling like a butcherโs dog.โ

I remember every cup he did. He was unique, and there will never be another announcer like him. It is a very sad day in hockey and even sadder day in Pittsburgh.
Do you think this could affect Sid a bit at the 4 nations?
Rip Mike

He was the VERY best of the Pittsburgh Penguins! Been listening to him since 1996 and have never felt so much sadness over the loss of a person I never met. I can't think of the Pens or any of my fond memories of the highlights and lowlights without his voice being the soundtrack of the them.

Pittsburgh has been blessed more than any other city when it comes to sports announcers!!!
