If he's the guy in Conroy's opinion, just pay the price and get him already.
I’m down to get Cozens, but it leaves me wondering if the goal is playoffs what do they do about the obvious hole that is the left side on the d core. I’d much rather they went after Byram who would solve a problem long term and also not cost as much as a cozens. Byram wants the chance to be a 1LD he has the opportunity to do that here since all of our future guys are right handed anyway.

This has been talked about so much it seems almost inevitable that Cozens is going to be a Flame.
Buffalo will want a shitload for him, he makes over $7 million for the next 5 years and is about 40 point guy of late. It is a huge gamble. Pass.
cozens is good but hes only had 1 really solid season and i know its buffalo and all but its no guarantee he comes and lights it up here and im not willing to give up a 1st or prospects for him…trade just doesnt make sense we can draft a centre were in a rebuild

Cozens not just projects but is playing like a 3rd line center….not what we need at all. Especially if the cost is high. If they want a 2nd round pick fine but it they want Anderson and a 1st then that is criminal.
