  1. Hey John, longtime listener of 3 & Out who recently found his love of all things golf. Never really cared to listen to Go Low before, and I was worried that the Pod was done for good and I missed my chance to listen. So glad to see it's back and I'm ready to rock every Wednesday! Love from Fresno, John!

  2. I 100% disagree. LIV is where players go to retire, there are maybe two LIV players that are missed on the PGA Tour. You and others compare the hay day when TW was playing regularly to today’s game and say the game isn’t doing great. Those LIV clowns can continue to play exhibition golf and let the real pro golfers play on the PGA Tour. Bringing the game back together is a joke and a waste of time.

  3. Personally I only watch the majors for how significant it is and talent. I will not tune in to a normal tour event because it’s broadcasts when I’m golfing.
YouTube golf is far more entertaining than pro golf and can watch it whenever.

  4. The game is in a great spot, but the league is in bad shape, is pretty much the TL;DR for all the NBA conversations too. If you actually watch the best teams in the league, the game is being played at a crazy high level but the TV product is just flat out bad rn

  5. I know you hate LIV, and the golf channel and the networks trash it at every opportunity, but more than 100,000 fans showed up in Adelaide last week, and although LIV is struggling inside the US, it is doing reasonably well worldwide. The PGA Tour ignores golf fans outside of North America, and LIV is gradually filling the void, Also, unlike the PGA Tour, the LIV players play every event, so at each tournament, Rahm, Niemann, Bryson, Brooks, Hatton, Sergio, and all the others are playing. The PGA Tour created designated events (with no cut for the most part) and jacked up the purses to copy LIV. PGA Tour members, media, and fans resent LIV because players got paid, and the golf world punishes (no OWGR points) it because the format is different.

  6. For TGL, the simulator needs to perform more inline with how accurate trackman/foresight are. The ball accuracy is clearly an issue right now.

  7. You are overrating Aberg. He is 25 and has 2 wins. Spieth had 5 wins back in 2015 at age 21, including the masters and us open.

  8. Watching Tiger Woods last night was absolutely brutal. Would he have shot an 85+ if that was him alone? I’ve never seen anything like that before. It was sad.

  9. Tiger Woods reportedly turned down $800 million to join LIV. I suppose you could say that he was already filthy rich and another $800 million would make no difference in his life but we also see many billionaires who would stop at nothing to increase their wealth.

  10. Its the PGA Schedule that kills them, it seemingly never ends or begins. The Sentry is the "Opening tournament" but there is tournaments going on for months before. Tournaments every single weekend, no one really knows what the signature events are, they change every year. The Fed Ex Cup is ridiculous, so sloppy in its execution. Then the season concludes with the Tour Championship, but then the next week there is a tournament in Napa….They need to make the product more condensed with an actual set season and defined off season to build up excitement. Golf at this point is 4 majors, The Players, and choose the couple of tournaments at courses you love, everything else is just this jumbled up mess. Until the figure this out, its just going to continue to be whatever is going on now.

  11. Doesn't matter the sport or subject matter, if J Midd's name is on it, it's gonna be a banger. Pride of Davis CA (go Aggies!)

  12. I dont respect your football opinions anymore because of how wrong you were about Jayden Daniels , purely disprespected him in the off-season. But golf podcast is cool! Tailing the parlay

  13. Yo John I did the same thing! Had ludvig to win this week and automatically reinvested $100 on ludvig +2200 to win the players

  14. Anyone hating on the LIV Tour isn't being honest with themselves. Guaranteed money in golf is unheard of. The PGA TOUR did this to themselves.

  15. We have city courses in Spokane that charge about 60 dollars for a round. After hearing the prices you stated I'll stop bitching about the prices here.

  16. We all have to be real here these Liv golfers left the pga tour for more money thst is what they want. I say leave them slone let them make the money as for me I will continue to enjoy the pga tour snd keep looking forward to the exciting new golfers and talanted golfers on the pga tour. Go Pga.
