Chiefs have the best two play callers … Reid and Spags. Chiefs should beat Eagles pretty easily imo
What I heard is that he is great at designing plays, scheming people open but that his situational play calling and going of script was terrible in NO. Also, this system needs a functioning running game and the illusion of the run. If thats taken away (talking about going off script) the offense is cooked. I'm neutral on the hire, lets give him a fair chance. We'll def get a lot more "window dressing", plays that look the same, more under center even I formations and play action which is positive.

Nah Nathan pissed me off. This got nothing to do with being bored of watching the chiefs, it’s about how blatantly obvious the league has fixed games for the chiefs over the past couple years.
The fact that the Chiefs have made the PoorMeWhiners the biggest crybabies in the league and made their fans miserable more than makes up for any TayTay cringe factor. Maybe it’s just me?

Sports fans me included are somehow allergic to greatness. For example my hated Warriors when they played the greatest season in NBA History destroyed by my Hero Lebron haha or Liverpool masterclass right now. I just cant watch them and it makes me angry that i cant watch Greatness when i hate teams/players.

I don’t think Fraley was #1 choice I see zero evidence of that. Man I was once hired for a midlevel management position (as in far less important than an OC) and from their spoken intent to offer me the job to actually offering it to me was a process of like 8 days and they interviewed alt candidates in that time in case I walked at the last minute. This idea that Fraley was the guy and they emergency pivoted to Kubiak based on timing is so silly to me. It feels ignorant to how hiring logistics works.

Always love it when you have these guys on like this. Jeff is a quality personality on his own! Rob is arguably the best there is out there. One thing I would like to say is that I am not sure that I want a top 5 offense right out of the gate. I would love to have a top 10 offense, but honestly, an offense that can score, that can sustain drives to give the defense some breathing time is much more important. Scoring and time. That does start with a good run game, as well as a play action game!
Big question is not about Kubiak, it’s why did Fraley not work out? If it’s true that Fraley was offered what was the hold up? Not enough control? Not a place to be successful? Are there org issues that caused Fraley to pause that remain?
Beyond the need to fix the O line, there may be other systemic issues.
