   Hartman made it worse for his team doing that stupid play. Sens just destroyed them the rest of the game after that. They should suspend Hartman anywhere between 5 to 10 games for that garbage.

   Hartman should get 10 plus games period. However NHL Player Safety is filled with Retarts. I’m an Islander fan so I have no skin in the game. Stuzle is a super gifted player. It’s unheard of to do that to that type of player. There’s a code and this guy deserves 15 games at least, and a warning that this is the second type face off issue. Do this face off shit again it’s a half or whole season. We had Tsyplakov suspended by NHLPS for a non penalized hit where the initial contact was ruled the shoulder chest and he got three games and 15K, all because Torts knows all the cronies at NHLPS. Hartman dude will most likely get a game, because the NHL has never gotten serious and got non hockey people involved with Player Safety.

    Nice to see the referee caught the play and called it. Now time for PLAYER SAFETY to live up to their name. The smile after shows he has a screw loose and needs to be educated and punished.

    10 plus game suspension or similar CarterHart/Formenton,Leipsic/Rodewald kick him out league.

    Im all for big hits players needing protect themselves keep head up fighting is needed or part of the game.

    As a Jets fan this guys biggest rat and whats worse hes not great at hockey like Marchand/Wilson. Hartman should be gone and Foligno/Cousins on watch.

    -The Ehlers/Bouchard interference plays were a joke pucks not even close or trying to play it.
    -This play Stutzle
    -Slewfoot Draisaitl and Debrincat
    – attempt to injure purposely slashing perfetti in face.
    – Crosschecking CraigSmith in face
    – where he was suspended 3 games and 62k fine against vegas.

    Enough is enough i could see if he was a point per game player,or a leader,or didnt back down from his actions or fights. But when you hide after your actions you have no place in the game.
    Go to KHL,NLA, or europe
    He and foligno for people who dont see them regularly are horrible. They backdown and hide and made Reaves fight Lowry/Dillon after they are dirty.

    Cousins was bad in Florida havent heard much since then he was a guy i thought should be kicked out league you dont break rules/code and then cry/hide behind refs/refuse to fight or man up for what did.

    It's rather unusual for a given game to have fewer than three penalties but also for a game to have a major penalty that requires a player to leave a given game. Yet Ryan Hartman deserved to be ejected given his pin-down of Tim Stuetzle via the latter's neck just to try to get the MN Wild going.

    You 2 are a couple of wussies! Yes, the NHL has cracked down on this stuff, but with everything happening with the "Star Players" on any team, someone need to step up and do some old-time hockey with those idiots. It's not just the Star players, there are many others that are taking shots from other players and the Refs are playing 4 BLIND MICE, even when it happens right in front of them!!! Crosschecks, slew foots, head shots etc. are not being called like the NHL wants them to be, and someone is going to start taking it upon themselves to protect themselves and their team. If this Crap continues to not get called, someone is going to get seriously hurt, maimed or killed. I am a former hockey player and I understand what your point is, but you are fans of one team only. You both aren't seeing the whole picture!!!

    Now that our team is close to the playoffs our best players will be targeted by some goons. We need a player who can protect a player like Timmy. Tkachuk is too good of a player to do that and we need him on the ice not in the penalty box. A player like Nicolas Deslaurier would be very welcomed.

    Absolutely insane, hartman hasn't been suspended more often.
    I'm an oilers fan and this guy doesn't just play hard, he plays to injure – every game there is something with him and we're not just talking simple antics / crosschecks, whatever.
    The league is a joke, he is the ultimate goon and they are enabling him the best they can.
    Hope, he's gone for a long time, but as said, it's a clown league, so we shouldn't be surprised about anything anymore.
