I've personally felt that Blackwood is Canada's best goalie for a few seasons. Held back by facing 50-shots a night on the Sharks.
It is what it is but still not a fan of the decision. LT would be wise to keep a giant chip on his shoulder come playoff time and leave no doubt that leaving him out was a huge mistake. To me what the coaches are saying is the Caps will be dismal come playoff time and their decision will not come back to bite them.
