  1. Considering everyone and even our own fans had us down for a mid table finish at the start of the season, we can't be upset with a playoff place, as discussed last week it's not a lottery anymore, generally the team the deserves to go up does. There's still a long way to go so not gonna be too bold with my predictions but I reckon a loss to Leeds means we'd be wise to start accepting playoffs is a more likely outcome come May. The big thing for us then would be to obviously maintain a good level play so we have a fighting chance in them

  2. Being a Leeds fan, one thing I've learnt is that being a Leeds fan, nothing is easy, I so want to say yes we are definitely going up, but this is us and as I always say, there's the easy way, the hard way and then there's the Leeds way

  3. Did I seriously get excited for this vid just for there to be a 10 seconds on Leeds 😭 as If

  4. I don’t think we are going away anytime soon (Burnley) it’s early to say but watching us v Hull we could have been 5 up at half time. We might just have turned a corner up front. If so we’ll be in contention.

  5. Being a Leeds fan i can say i'm not as nervous about the run in as i was last season simply because i feel we have learned from those dismal performances towards the back end of last term, still not a given though at this present time, but if we win our next 2 games against Sunderland & Sheffield Utd i feel automatic is more or less nailed on. Fingers crossed for those games 🏐😉.

  6. Leeds, Burnley, Coventry
    – Leeds are a class above, they destroyed us at the CBS arena in a way I’ve not seen us this season they beat us better than Ipswich and Ipswich won 4-1. They have premier league level wingers in Solomon and James with Ramazani and Gnonto as backups who would start for almost every other team in the league. Ao Tanaka has been a revelation for them in midfield, just thinknif they had a better keeper they’d walk the league easily.
    – Burnley are so so so solid and barely ever concede a boring team to watch but they get the points ticking over and certainly have some good players in there the likes of Brownhill, Flemming, Laurent and Marcus Edwards.
    – Coventry under Lampard (other than the Leeds game) have looked great in the league on the whole ticking points and wins over even in bad performances, Haji Wright, Sheaf and Mason-Clarke coming back means they’ll certainly get even better and the addition of Grimes to the midfield, cannot see anything but us going on another run like we do every year and sneaking into the playoffs and usually the form team going in wins it!

  7. Here's a question for you: Has any team in the EFL finished the season with a goal difference better than the goals scored of all the other teams? Leeds (+47) are just 4 goals away from acheiving that. Boro & Norwich have scored 50.

  8. It's Sydie Peck, pronounced Siddee for Sam. Great coverage of the matches cheers guys Up the Blades, up the BBFC

  9. sheff utd could be the only team ever promoted playing crap.all season scraping wins off hoof ball tactics….burnley could get promoted scoring a massive 25 goals concededing 0 snooze zzzzz… sunderland could get promoted been inconsistant. win draw loss .. it would be daylight robbbery if leeds didnt go up ..with there swash buckling ..kill the opposition attitude.. but it would be so like sunderland to win 1.nil at leeds and fck it up for them..

  10. if leeds dont beat sheff utd or sunderland..they dont deserve to go up..because nothing convinces me sheffield or sunderland are fantastic.. but knowing leeds fckin up is in the dna

  11. As an Owl I’m sorry to say I can’t see past Leeds and blades for autos. I’d prefer Sunderland to take one of those places as I have a soft spot for them but they’re not consistent enough overall. Burnley might have had 10 clean sheets in a row but five were 0-0 and excepting the 5-0 against Plymouth they’ve only scored 6 times in the other 9 games. Playoffs for me for Burnley and Sunderland.

  14. Sunderland fan here. I have no doubt Leeds will finish in the top two. With the squad they have, I don't think even they can 'do a Leeds' this time around. As for who will be joining them, might as well write Sunderland/Burnley/Sheff Utd on three pieces of paper and throw them into the wind and see which one travels the furthest. That's as accurate as anyone's guess.

  15. Burnley may have conceded less, but Leeds give up far less chances than them. That would suggest that Leeds are better at defending, but Burnley has a better goalkeeper.

  16. The top two will go down to the last game again this year. Leeds are probably the only team
Of the four who could make a proper fist of the EPL. Doesn’t mean they won’t Leeds up the run in.

  17. Leeds and Sheffield Utd will go up the playoff spot i don't its gonna be in playoffs everything can happened

  18. From a Leeds perspective I think both Burnley and Sheff Utd will get better (just like Leeds have) meaning Leeds need to be nearly perfect and definitely avoid losing the next 2 games. At the moment if Burnley score one goal in any game they win, very hard to live with that. Every game is a nightmare atm. Stress!
