We DONT need a goalie. That would shake up the locker room way too much. Skinner is streaky but has the dawg in him. He is our guy. We saw it last year in the playoffs. He was dialled in. Stole a few big games for us. Namely game 6 against Dallas. Was lights out against LA and shut the door on Vancouver when needed in those really tight games. Can he steal as many as some of these Russian elite goalies? Maybe not. But he is a dawg, and Pickard is the perfect relief goalie and on such a good contract for the team. We do not need a goalie. That should not be the priority. At all truly. Our team is not built like other teams. Also Gibson isn’t even much of an upgrade on Skinner if at all.
