And I’ve slowly transitioned into body weight body building. I’m a trainer and programming it can be really technical and specific. Could you do a video talking about how you programme it and what you do? I’m curious to see how bodyweight bodybuilders are doing it because we are all doing it differently. There’s no consensus like bodybuilding.
