  1. Reddit comment I saw: 5 ECF appearances in 12 years, leads in all 5 series, lost 4 of them and have 0 cups to show for it. Rangers have the 4th most playoff wins since the lockout, every team in the top 13 on that list has a cup more recently than the Rangers besides the Sharks who are 6th on that list. The frustration around this team is 100% warranted. It’s time to win a Cup, nothing else matters.

  2. I really appreciate your ability to make quality content. Your videos always stand out from the rest. Keep up the good work!☘️🦁😂

  3. Your videos are always so funny and exciting! Thank you for your creativity and your ability to make us laugh!♦️🐇💖

  4. I want the Rangers to be at the top of their game so that it feels better when the Devils beat them in the playoffs. But they’re always held back by poor player development, a tendency to chase after the shiny objects in free agency, and a defensive philosophy that begins and ends with whichever top 5 goalie is in net. It’s no wonder why most Ranger fans I know might be some of the most consistently negative fans in the NHL, even when the record doesn’t match that pessimism.

  5. Thanks for the video! Great info, details, and insights! Rangers seemingly have all the pieces to do well this year but have been their own worst enemy. Even though THG has them in the Buyers column of his trade deadline video, I think they should be sellers and wipe the slate clean for next year. They're a top ten cap team without being a playoff guarantee. That's a big problem for them. J.T. Miller is doing fine since being acquired but I don't think it is going to be enough. Shesterkin doesn't seem like he's on track since his pay bump to be a Cup goalie which is sad since his backup, Quick, definitely is a Cup backup goalie. They might just be in too deep but I don't see them as a top team. C+ to B- at best.

  6. I'm very happy to be a Rangers fan. Sure it sucks they haven't won it all in 30+ years, but they generally have been fun to watch. It certainly could be WAY worse. Personally I'd rather be a fan of a team that has mostly good seasons and doesn't win a Cup than a team that is HORRIBLE for years on end and then wins a Cup and goes back to being crap.

  7. Why are u starting at 2000-01. Technically the decade would start in the 1999-2000 assuming the focal point of the season is the Stanley cup, which would be 2000. A perfect quarter century is supposed to be 25 seasons. You have 23 in consideration because 20005-06 was cancelled

  8. I’d give them a B as well! First thing that came to mind, they’ve made great runs and have overall managed assets well but their drafting recently and of course 5 ECF with only one win brings their grade down, overall not a bad ride

  9. Damn, I'm old enough to remember when Sather was a Rangers player. Drury, Callahan & McDonough–it sounds like the Rangers like some Irish in their captains. Trouba being a Dutch guy also fits as a Ranger captain, if you know NY history. I guess if you do a "last 100 years" history of the NHL, the Rangers would be #6 of the original 6 teams. It would have been the Black Hawks before 2010.
