Rosen , good trade bait at the trade deadline or at the draft. Lets just hope Pegula fires Adams at seasons end and replaces him with an EXPERIENCED GM like Brian Burke or Ray Shero. Speaking of Adams has he signed Jason Zucker to an extension yet?

Tage head injury is serious than I believe is being reported as day to day more like LT. Hurrah another prospect called up to play joining others Rosen remember Levi how did that turn out, prove me wrong, please. Teams like Columbus not as talented win on grit, heart & win mentality so Sabres prove other wise & show us those traits.
Did I miss something? Did none of these players who would have done something not have any shifts in the 3rd? There were plenty of opportunities to send a message and no one did anything.

The fact that none of that line wanted anything to do with Noesen. That pisses me off more than anything. Fact is, Thompson has fought ppl to stand up for his teammates. With you saying that they had cancelled practice to have a team meeting is kinda crazy. Do you think the other 31 teams have to have a team meeting to tell them to stand up for teammates? That is an unspoken rule that no one needs to have a meeting about, unless its the Buffalo Sabres. Oh, and I am betting they added Clifton to pair with Power because if there is 20 more cheap shots, Power wont answer the call.
What do you expect from a team that is loaded with soft/skilled players? Today's NHL. Here we go. Somewhere, sometime; a conscious decision was made by NHL brass/owners to make the league soft/skilled and take the toughness out. But hockey will always be an effort and intimidation game. Because the NHL and a lot of fans want soft/skilled hockey with no enforcers you're going to have nights when your team's stars get bullied, beat up and miss games hurt. Maybe even have some team stars careers shortened. You can't have your cake and cookies too. It's why a lot of former NHL fans no longer follow the game.
I've seen concussions be a bit delayed.. sometimes it just takes a bit of time for the swelling to become a problem. I've not only seen it… lived it. Glad to see Rosen getting a chance. I think sunday was more a fact of the guys on the ICE didn't fully know what happened at the time. It looks like a hit that from a majority of angles.. looked clean.. but from the side (where none of the sabres in the ICE were).. clearly it was something else.. Hearing so many go off on them is bad.. yeah, we want to stand up.. but at the same time.. they have to know what happened.. in this case, it's tough to tell was this Thompsons hit or getting hit.. from the side, it was a blow to the head.. it's easy for us watching the game from a good angle to judge.. worse when you see replay.. but the players probably couldn't tell.. real-time. I've always used the pronouce of Esock Roseen.. because he was asked in an interview and that how HE said it was pronounced.. it's here on youtube from a rookie came 2 years ago or so…
Kulich was the only Sabre to see Thompson get hit. Tuch and Gilbert will fight, but the only real Sabre heavyweight is Greenway. Hope he comes back soon!
