Meet the Canucks EBUG who *almost* had to play against Toronto on Hockey Night in Canada

Andrew Henderson grew up a Canucks fan. He played Junior A hockey and starred for the SFU Red Leafs before entering his new hockey role…. Emergency back-up goalie for the Canucks.

During the first period on Saturday night, Thatcher Demko left the game with an injury. Andrew Henderson, who was stuck in traffic just minutes earlier, had to rush down to the locker room just in case Kevin Lankinen were to get hurt as well. Hendy the Tendy tells his story about Saturday’s game, becoming an EBUG, and why he chose the position in the first place.
