Matthew Tkachuk Has 3-Point Night, Lifts Florida Panthers to Win Over Brady and the Senators

Tkachuk had a goal and two assists in the second period — extending his six-game goal streak.

Brady Tkachuk of the Senators opened the scoring in the first.

Both are off to the NHL 4 Nations Face-Off for Team USA.

Saturday, the Panthers trailed 1-0 going into the second but scored four times in a dominating period.

Matthew Tkachuk opened things off on the power play, with Sasha Barkov, Gus Forsling, and Sam Bennett also scoring. Anton Lundell ended it with an empty-net goal.

Sergei Bobrovsky made 26 saves.

Florida is off until playing host to the Seattle Kraken on Feb. 22. Eight players, most in the NHL, are going to the 4 Nations tournament.
