I find that the Sens fans who cry the loudest, really have no clue how the business works, make ridiculous mock trades, really over value their players, and question ever decision Green and Staios make. All the while saying that they're true fans and are allowed to say these things. Being a fan doesn't mean you have to come up with stupid takes.

With the cost being so high, I'm thinking the Leafs should stand pat and try to add a bona fide 2C in the off-season. Scott Laughton is a laudable target…the kind of player I think BT & CB really like.and could hit 40 pts this season…cap hit $3M with another year attached…so a little term. He's also the type of player Philly needs to keep for their group…team first kinda guy…cost there might be preclusive. I'd rather they create some cap space, save the assets and go big on a UFA or two…maybe add an Ekblad to the D corps or something
From trade rumor yesterday leafs to aquire C Peyton Krebs 1.4m aav and LW Beck Malenstyn 1.350m aav from Sabres for F Fraser Minten and F Nicholas Robertson 2nd or 3rd in 25 if true or not we will see?

Why haven't the Sens put Cousins on LTIR? I know he's only league minimum but it would have allowed the callup of Halliday or something like that.
Blackhawks are awful., Trading away Donato at this point for prospects or draft picks is concerning. Will all the losing and being uncompetitive negatively affect their young players (bedard, nazar, vlasic, etc). They are all used to winning, prior to being hawks. At some point Davidson needs to hold onto players that are playing well. Other than Teravaine, Davidson signings this past summer have been disappointments.

Montreal needs god's help. Toronto needs one bigger D. US teams who cares.
