The Vancouver Canucks come home to face the Toronto Maple Leafs after winning every game on their latest road trip with a penalty shot in overtime. The last time these teams met was also on Hockey Night in Canada. In said game the Leafs fell flat under the spotlight losing to a Canucks team in turmoil. With new faces in the lineup after recent trades made their team deeper the Canucks look to sweep the season series against their cross Canada rivals.
