Take 2 of any teams 3 top centers, not many teams are winning road games in Florida. My concern is when they face teams they're fighting with. 0-4 in last 10 vs those teams!
If I would told you before the season started that on February 9th the Sens would be in 7th place on the Eastern Conference with 62pts 6 games over .500 how many of you would be happy with that? We need to take a step back here and look at the big picture.
The Sens aren’t out of the Eastern Conference 2025 playoff race just yet but lose a few more games and we could be having at least somewhat of a different conversation.

We have to look honestly at our team. We love Timmy but … he is not Kucherov or Barkov. We don't have players like Reinhart, Point, Hedman. Their Tkachuk is better than our Tkachuk. We simply don't have the players to compete with these good teams. We can get points playing against Buffalo, Montréal, Philadelphia and that kind of weaker teams. The reason why we are still in the playoffs mix is because many teams are like us, middle of the pack. So all we need is to be a little better than the average and we can get one playoffs round. Go Sens Go!!!
There is an obvious pattern of lackluster performance when the Sens travel to sunny destinations. This has been going on for years. Why do they lose their focus?

People blaming Ullmark not his fault. Maybe if his team in front of him decided to show up and start playing some full 60 minute effort hockey cause they aren't making it any easier for him. Injuries are killing this team without Pinto & Norris two extremely important players there is no depth. We need 12 forwards back surely after this 2 week break we will start to see injured players slowly start to come back and they will find their playoff style hockey again cause this lineup they have now is just not going to cut it. I realize they had no choice to play 11 and 7 but having Greig & Amadio in the Top 6 and Bath on the third line that ain't it lol
