Bahl comes back, adding a 24 year old right D would be best case scenario.
Flames should have dumped Anderson on the Oilers when his value was higher. His value has gone down over the course of the season as his play has deteriorated. Perhaps it's only because of his heavy workload.
Emotions aside. Risto is a rare, Tall and strong right-handed shot defenseman who can play both special teams. I don`t think Calgary having enough trade assets to acquire a guy like Ristolainen.
Byram? Cozens,Hayton,Dach,Perfetti,Zegras,Robertson,Nemec,Minten/Cowan,Schneider,Mercer are guys flames should be targeting U26. RFA.
Lesser guys Svozil,CarsonLambos. Maybe a Provorov
