yotes got a 5 min miss conduct and ejection for this last night and it was the exact same thing. the dude pivoted last second. didn't even hit him in the numbers.
it's different when players avoid a hit and turn, but he had the puck. what is he supposed to do just skate out to center to lose the defender? it was a cross-check 2 min. I don't blame torts for being mad, his job is to stick up for his guys. kudos to the C too
