Thursday, the Panthers trailed 1-0 before Mackie Samoskevich deflected a Sam Bennett shot; Tkachuk made it 2-1 going into the second.

Tied at 2, Tkachuk got to the net and knocked in Reinhart’s second shot after his first went off Joel Hofer’s pads.

Florida plays host to the Ottawa Senators on Saturday before the NHL’s 4 Nations Face-Off break.
