Breaking Seahawks news comes as offensive coordinator Klint Kubiak has hired two new offensive assistant coaches in QB coach Andrew Janocko and Offensive Line Coach John Benton. Janocko has worked with Kubiak as his QB coach both with the New Orleans Saints and Minnesota Vikings before that. Meanwhile, new Seahawks O-Line coach John Benton previously served as Klint Kubiak’s Offensive Line coach when he was offensive coordinator last season with the Saints. Hoping Janocko can bring young Howell further along in his career. Sam really didn't get meaningful snaps last year to show his game. It appeared all year last year that London didn't do his job. Good riddance to him!!!

Nothing like bringing in the coaching staff of the 24th in points scored team last season. Everyone can't paint a good picture on this? And make all the excuses for Klint you want? Other than OLine coach for the 49ers. Given any more responsibility? He's done very little? You could say he fail? I pray I'm wrong? But if History means anything? I'm not at all impressed..

Get good players and the coaches will look great. Keep trying to fill the O-line with low round draft picks and second tier free agents on the downside of their careers, and any coach you bring in is going to struggle. Having said that, if these coaches are good "teachers" they can make mid-level talent play way more cohesively as a unit. So coaching does matter. I'm just holding my opinion till I see how much draft & FA money gets put toward the O-line…

The Saints offense was not spectacular last year. I live in New Orleans so I see it all season. Hopefully these don't try to replicate that.
