This is an unbelievably bad call. Like one of the worst calls I’ve ever seen level bad. Yes it’s a penalty but control is required for a penalty shot and Norris hadn’t even touched the puck. Foul also arguably was from the side not behind
Honestly not sure why Carlson dove. Had he kept skating he would have probably still shut it down

I disagree with penalty shot he had to have possession of that puck didt even touch should been 4 on 4
Can Ottawa lose once in a while please? Red Wings need to make the playoffs. I will say the Atlantic is the best division in hockey hands down.
