Frank Corrado: Insight on the newest Canucks. What it’s like dealing with so much change in the room

Frank Corrado joins and declared he’s the president of the Victor Mancini Fan Club. He gives us insight on Chytil, O’Connor and Marcus Pettersson; tells us Pettersson will eventually bounce back; analyzes the Canucks’ style of play before/after the dealing; and discusses what a dressing room is like when so much change happens at once.

  1. Marcus Pettersson when he was in Pittsburgh reminded me of Kevin Lowe, who was the key defensive defenseman for the Oilers in the 80s. He didn’t have to score goals. Just make sure Fuhr gives up fewer goals than the other goalie. The game itself is vastly different now, but having a guy like that on your team really helps.

  2. Now I'm desperately hoping Petey is somehow bitten by the Chytil beetle and is infected with his speed and drive sparking the vintage alien we all know is in there somewhere to come out and join the rush the team is experiencing right now.

  3. When PA came, we had Horvat, Miller, and EP. We traded Horvat so we would have the money to resign EP, and we traded Miller because EP doesn't like him. Now we need to trade EP cause well he's overpaid and mentally and physically weak. Good job PA.

  4. Too much cap space tied up in Pettersen if he is not producing…..excuses are gone – produce or move him along for a more feisty scoring centre and more depth.
