Beck, Hutson, kapanen, Tuch, Struble, Romanov are all recent 2 rounders. No reason to devalue one more 2 round pick.
Exactly, why would we even contemplate trading Evans let alone Armia ? Who would replace them ?

In a loss to Boston, Miller had 2 goals in his 1st game with the Rangers. Evans, he’s 28 and his best season is 13 goals. Too many players on the team not scoring goals.

Mailloux, Struble and PJ Stock were all eating together last tuesday and from what i gathered, i don’t think Struble will last long in Montreal. Mailloux looked sharp tho!

Demidov would lead that league if played on line 1… Evans not for 4 mil, he has 1 point in like last 14… I know it's not a bout points, but a player needs to get points to get 4 mi+

Honestly, if you wanted to see the kids, stay up late and be ready for some odd start times. I think the San Jose game will be interesting.
No need for more prospects at this point. Next season and NHL ready, that's what it has to be about now.
I think we should keep Evans and if the cap is increasing I think we try and lock in a fair deal to keep him and create a shut down third line

When I look at how good the habs penalty kill has been this year it has made me realize how important it is to have players like Evans and Armia are to this team and how important it is to keep players like that on the team.

Evans 4 millions/year for 5 to 6 years it's a yes for me.
If we can’t resign Evans at a reasonable rate and term then if we aren’t in a playoff spot he probably should be moved. I really think Evans could be an important part of the habs the next 2 years. Beck’s call up is an important evaluation to see how far along he is to NHL ready. Final assessment for Logan as well. If he looks good then could signal a Savard trade if they are out of the playoff race.
