The third goal was the easiest but probably the most impressive how he stick-worked and stripped Weeger of the puck. Congrats Willy.
It's crazy this is only his second hattrick. Guy always scores two than chills
e's still Vastly overpaid. Despite being their top scorer this year, Nylander is still a – player overall. His offense isn't the issue, it's his defense that is almost non-existent. The goal that was called off, for Calgary, they scored before Nylander even entered the Leafs end. That happens far too often with him. Anytime he's on the ice, and they're in their own end, it's like a 5v4 situation for the opposing team. Even when he's in their end, 99% of the time he does nothing but look around. Matthews had 4 blocked shots last night, Nylander doesn't have 1 on the season. 3 goals yet a +1. I prove my point.
