Its been 3 years already that media here in Quebec are talking about a possible trade for zegras probably its more realistic now that his point production is bad for is standart and the fact that he got injured all the time but outside is bond with Caufield or is talent … i dont see new stuff in that video thats the same old thing that every media say here … and casey middlestat … you serious ? Trades are part of professional sports. The existing team showed us in December and January what they are capable of. With 5 consecutive losses including the last game against Anaheim, we have evidence of a consistency problem. This situation points more to a coaching problem, not a player problem. The UFA's are the likely candidates to move but what do the Habs get in return? The situation likely keeps Kent Hughes up at night.

Demidov would lead the league in points if he played on line 1 day 1, 20 minutes a game. That said, there's plenty of top 5 Khlers could not make the Nhl, but he's only 19.
No to Zegras. That's not a Dach like trade, that is a Gomez like trade
Dach will never ever ever become a good center. The man can't win faceoffs and is not wired to play a 200ft game. Dach is a good winger.
Habs needs is a number 1 BIG shutdwn RD With a booming shot its the ONLY thing we don't have and don't have coming up
Demidov on the first line and Caufield on the second line makes more sense.
