  3. Figure competitors today are WAY more muscular than female BB were in the 80s. The whole point of figure was to dial it back. I see it did not work.

  5. i do bench press, incline dumbbell chest press, flies, and seated dips all for 4 sets, after that i do two different tricep workouts for 4 sets and then 3 to 4 bicep workouts for 4 sets, is that too much? i feel like im doing enough and if i did any less i will be wasting my day

  6. i recently restructured my workout routine to increase my total volume and maximize my time in the gym. i'm doing a 32 set per day of 4 days a week, and it's a sort of full body split that allows me to hit most body parts 2 times a week. it's tough but i'm gonna try it for a while.
