THIS KEEPS GETTING BETTER (Lucas Raymond)

I created this video to show that the Detroit Red Wings are continuing to heat up and a big part of that has been Lucas Raymond’s incredible performances. Because of this, I think it should be talked about more that Lucas Raymond has the best contract in the NHL. It’s very rare in today’s NHL to have the best player on your team signed long term for around $8 million per season. That is exactly what the Detroit Red Wings have with Lucas Raymond until the end of the 2031-2032 season.

  1. lucas raymond treats every season and off season like training arcs getting stronger playing with larkin then gaining confidence now mclellan giving him the green light to really let his hockey iq cook (among other players) and hes been even better (among other players). you really begin to wonder how much newsy was really holding these guys back. sidenote marco kasper has potential to be a better tyler bertuzzi and that might not even be that close to what his ceiling could look like. in my completely biased detroit fan opinion no rage bait LGRW

  2. Raymond will have the best contract next year. This year it's Draisaitl, his 14 million contract doesn't kick in until next season.

  3. raymond shows that you dont have to be an exellent top goal scorer to be a star, yes hes excellent in scoring, but where he really shines is play making

  4. Just to all the haters, this is the "yzerplan". Larkin set a price of ~$8 million per season and everyone follows. And you can afford everyone you need.

  5. Remember, not long time ago, Raymond and Seider were the funny kids in Detroit, now they r humble and funny, too but they matured in their game 🙂 great players r coming ….

  6. Just wait til Kasper really pours it on. He is another dynamo that is getting better with each game. He fits well on Larkins line. Go Wings!
