Sensible fans are satisfied. Miller's cronies are always obnoxiously loud, and should follow him to New York. You could tell the team played with a lot of joy last night, which has been missing all year.
Miller was checked out towards the end. So he had to go.
EP40 is too mentally fragile, something the VAN scouting dept. obviously isn't well suited to vet for when assessing potential draft picks.
He's gonna get bought out or traded, then he'll be on his way to another team where this same petty behavior will continue only for him to get bought out AGAIN before catching a one-way flight back home to Sweden.
They never should've traded Miller. They should've made that man the CAPTAIN of the team.

If the Canucks make ' or the playoffsd this year I'm sure good ole' Frankie will be singing their praises, 'great trades that they made got them there' or ' Marcus Pettersson showed that he is a bonafide 2nd pair D', etc, etc.
Totally disagree, Canucks got 5 players all much younger and bigger than Miller and they also got rid of 5 players they didn't want. Miller is a great player and will help Rangers but he's 32 with 6 more years at $8m per. This trade will look good going forward for next few years. Also trade Petterson and let go pout elsewhere.
Seth Jones is a 2 all day long ahahaha. Dude I've watched so many Hawks games and that guy is the reason for so many gaffes. He literally looks lost in the Defensive zone a ton of the time and his vision in the Offensive zone is lackluster at best. Take Frank's takes with a grain of salt guys – we all know how he handles criticism XD

Frank Servalli is 100% correct! He's one of the few hockey media guys who tell it like it is. As a Canucks fan, I am very disappointed at Petterson and all the BS hype that continues to flow from Canucks management that "he's going to turn it around" etc etc, and suddenly prove that he really is worth being paid as the 5th Highest Paid player in the NHL after Matthews, McDavid, Mackinnon, and Ovechkin. It's complete BS and you can see it every time Petterson plays. Petey just doesn't have the extra Hall of Fame status that guys like Quinn Hughes have. If Petterson miraculously did rise to the level of Hughes as a dynamic team leader and franchise superstar, all Canucks fans would love it. But the sad truth is — it is NOT going to happen. BS hype and wishful thinking and $11.5 million contracts don't make a great hockey player.
The difference between JT Miller and Elias Petterson can be found in the old saying about hockey players: "There's two kinds of players —- guys who show up to play hockey, and hockey players". Petterson is a guy who shows up to play hockey. Miller is a hockey player. There's a big difference.
