@Vancouver Canucks

THIS is what we need to see from the Canucks….

The Vancouver Canucks beat the St. Louis Blues in a great win. Quinn Hughes, Conor Garland and Kevin Lankinen led the way. JT Miller got on the board as well. The Canucks are in a tight NHL playoff race with the Calgary Flames, Utah Hockey Club and St Louis Blues, who will get the final spot??

  1. You bums are definitely missing the playoffs hahahahahahaha No 105 PDO to help your horrible team this year lmao

  2. I feel like that was not goaltender interference. Hughes did push him in. But in the end we take those. We’ve been on the wrong end of calls so many times this season it felt nice to finally be on the other side

  3. I've seen much weaker goalie interference calls before so I was not surprised this one was also called. I can see why blues coach thought otherwise but that's just the way it goes

  4. first back to back wins since Dec 1…are we really supposed to be impressed?
    Fire Tocchet ffs…get Quinnville

  5. I’m not gonna lie I don’t know if I want the nucks to make playoffs. Not good enough by far to win the cup and compete and not bad enogub to get a good pick. Even if they try to make playoffs they might not even make it with how bad they have been all year.

  6. Canucks missed Myers more than the Oilers missed McDavid. Canucks won 1 of 3. Oilers won 2 of 3. Good to see him back after Canuck fans threw him under the bus.

  7. Vancouver canucks won 2 games in a role ..Garland 2 points, Jt Miller woohoo and Pettersson had 7 shots on net ..crazy

  8. I was shocked the interference call stood.

And Bennington is like tempered glass. Unbreakable when locked in, but a small crack shatters his confidence

  9. Canucks are bad… send all that hype towards the oilers, it’s one win for the Canucks, let’s just hope the Canucks juuuuuust miss the playoffs by 1 or 2 points 🙂 ❤🎉

  10. So we score on the 1st shot, survive a 1 punch KO, win a coach's challenge AND get their goal denied, kill a 4 min minor, score on 2 breaks, get 2 PP goals, 1 shorty, Lankinen gets a pointa and the win… all in one game?

That's alot of "big trade happened and I'm still here" relief!

PS my flabber was absolutely gasted when that call went our way

  11. I’ve been supporting Myers when everyone didn’t After that game last night shouldn’t he be complimented on his play.

  12. Miller 2 shots. 1 lost fight.
EP40 7 shots. 1 assist. Several tackles. 3 min less played. Worse line mates.

So: I hope Miller just shuts up, knows his place (energy line) and that EP40 gets more minutes on the first line.
Did not look good for Miller basically being KO 'd by Schenn. Boom. Straight to upper throat/lower chin.
Hugely embarrassing this was all payback from Luke through Brayden

No trade needed, but the future is all on Tocchet's flexibility as a coach and Miller's attitude.
EP just does what he is told with the minutes and directions he gets.

  13. Hopefully these clowns can get their mojo back and return to last years team. Petey and demko need to step up. Demko especially because petey has been great defensively still, just needs to score and get some points

  14. “This is what we needed to see from the Canucks “: yeah, Miller getting punched in the face! I’m sure Pettersson enjoyed seeing that, haha. Seriously though, St. Louis is in worse shape than Vancouver, so…

  15. ive said since the beginning of the season lankinen is the real deal and the team is a different team when he plays cool as ice

  16. They stick with the call on the ice if there is uncertainty.

There are arguments both ways. Blues player was going into the blue either way. Hughes made it worse.

I get why the ref would call it off, and why given the uncertainty they would stand by the call.

  17. It’s time for fans to plan the parade again! People need to breath. It’s a fkn 82 game season.

  18. Lank is like Horvat all over again. If Horvat wasn’t on pace for 50 goals, he’d be a Canuck. Lank is on pace for 20-25 win season, he’s gonna be 4M on the open market. He’ll never likely be Vezna nominated but he’s having too good of a year to be an expensive backup. Unless he signs for less money (he absolutely should not), it will be an off season decision.

  19. Stop slagging Juulsen!! Ya Meyers had a great game which makes it more frustrating that he has at least 20 assists for opposing teams. At least Juulsen hits…. with he body and not his stick.

  20. Played like a settled hard-nosed team tonight (which we know they are not). Hopefully no more injuries and those defensive pairs hold up for a consistent stretch. Myers was great tonight. Garland is a phenomenon on the road.

  21. Yes we are back. We are going to pass Calgary and make the playoffs. My dream is making 3rd round so my city has some excitement . The Stanley cup is too big to dream.
