Getting rid of Miller and turning the Canucks into Team Petterson is NOT going to change this team for the better. They still have a huge problem with Elias Petterson, who they made the 5th Highest Paid player in the NHL —- after Matthews, McDavid, Mackinnon, and Ovechkin. Petey will NOT be any different than he already has been this season so far, because he is NOT an elite player like those other names. Petey is totally over-rated, over-paid, and long over-due to start scoring goals and assists to justify his huge contract. He makes more money than Quinn Hughes or any other Canuck, who is the real team leader and the guy who is carrying the Canucks on his back. Including Petterson, who is just a passenger until he proves otherwise.
Why do I get this feeling that Rick Tocchett is just putting out BS Yadda-Yadda and not telling us the real truth? I guess he can't or else he'll be gone too.
