Bring in Danila and Zeev. Re-sign Rossi. Look at Nelson this summer. He would probably get hurt if we bring him in now!

Amen Spoked Z! Rossi has been killing it, he still gets stupid shade from Hynes and delivers. Additionally, You don't throw Rossi away because you think Yurov will become a stud Center. There is no certainties with Yurov until he is doing it here in the NHL. Rossi IS our #1 C and should be every night. The 7×7 with the cap jumping 9m to 97m is laughable. 7×7 is Boldy's contract from 2 years ago and he is out playing Boldy. Nelson can play 2 or 3 if he comes here cause he is OLD. The Wild would be smart to sign Rossi to 8×8 BEFORE he gets Offer Sheeted for more (which I think Billy is hoping for so he can use it as an excuse not to keep Rossi). Rossi #1C, Brock can be #2, Ek can be #3 on a scoring third line… and then Marat or Freddy can lead the 4th. I'd like to see Marat on the wing with Ek on a 3rd scoring line. It's more likely that Rossi gets traded. Unlike the Oilers with Broberg and Holloway the Wild will have cap space this summer. Wild will match any offer under $9M. No one will go higher than that because no one is giving up 2 firsts, a second, and a third for Rossi. No one will give him $11M where they'll have to give up 4 first round picks.
If Nelson wants to come to MN tell him to take a hometown discount or sign elsewhere. Bad idea to sign an aging forward out of his prime to a $6M deal for 5-6 years. I'd rather see them go after Boeser. He shoots right which is something the Wild are lacking with their forwards. Nelson shoots left, and the Wild have plenty of left shot forwards. Nelson isn't an upgrade over Rossi and Yurov has stated that he wants to come over next year. Also keep in mind that he has a career 47.9 faceoff percentage. Rossi is at 48.4% this year.
