  1. Developed into a top player in the KHL, highly touted prospect that made his NHL debut for Colorado last year in a limited role during the playoffs. Doesn't get minutes with a deep Avs roster, will get more minutes with the Sharks, 2nd/3rd line potential.

  2. Avs fans are sad of Kovalenko leaving. They believe they have good upside. he could be a experiment similar of what we have on Zetterlund.

  3. As a Sharks fan, what hurts is that Blackwood was saying he loved playing for the Sharks because he said love playing for the team because they believed in him. Colorado is getting a real good goalie and more importantly a good teammate.

  4. Kovi is going to be good for the sharks. I can’t say he’ll be a for sure second line guy, but he’s at least a middle six guy. And SJ can give him the ice time to develop, he’s in his first year on North American ice.

  5. As a vs fan it was a good trade but the only thing that might effect us is the chemistry as a team and overall I think it was a good trade can’t wait to see Blackwood play
