  1. Let's freaking goooooo! Lyon was unbelievable, Kasper is getting better and better every game, and I couldn't be happier to see Shine in the lineup. Love your podcast guys!

  2. Wings, especially Kasper and Raymond, are really looking impressive on the same line with Larkin. That pass that Kasper gave to Larkin was beautiful, the one off the boards. Now, on the bad side of things, Veleno is like an empty suit. That Oiler second goal was where he was, in front of the net (Lyon), and should've fore checked or put his body on Skinner, and didn't do so. Veleno is not worth what he's getting paid. He needs to be on the trading block or placed on waivers. His speed on the ice doesn't overshadow or trump his horrific performance on the ice. Veleno just doesn't need to be on this roster anymore.

  3. I was at the game and I felt like every dollar was worth it, had so much fun but man it was cold tonight hahaha

  4. I'm glad I wasn't the only one thinking that DK did a great job doing color for the first time. Dude definitely didn't get the awkwardness that Howard has 😅

  5. McLellan now has 12 wins in 17 games which is one less win than Lalonde had coaching 34 games. The difference has been night and day and he’s really getting the most out of the young players, Kasper, Soderblom and Johansson have looked great out there lately.

  6. Is it just me or does Scott look miserable every episode? C’mon Scotty get with it dream job mate 😎 LFGRW

  7. I live in southwest, west Australia, pretty much noone watches hockey here so i love watching podcasts to keep my hype going for the wings.

  8. The improvement of AlJo since the coaching change has been nothing short of impressive. Thought he looked great last night in high pressure situations. Kasper continues to look promising and the 4th line also had a pretty damn good game as well.

  9. Im sorry but danny does not belong in the booth, he's more vanilla than murphy and makes him look like cookie crumble ice cream in comparison, and i hinestly believ is justnthere because the wings owe him back pay for not playing his last few years. Brian is very correct, the refs dictated this game for edmonton the first period, 2 very weak tripping calls whennthere were plenty of penalties for similar infractions happening ton the wings in the frist period and no surprise a close shot margin turned into a 17-8 shot advantage for edmonton after. Kasper is looking very confident as well as johansen and they are playing like theyre in the ahl rigjt now in regards to their ouck dominance. Most importantly they are winning 5v5 on most trams now, which is more important than winning special teams which will improve when kane comes back, but at what cost to their 5v5 play? Honestly with how well kasper played on the pp moving the puck, id trade kane if he comes back and looks good for either draft picks or a depth defenseman, as their prospects sooner than later are going to dictate that happening due to hiw well they are playing and how much more important they will be tonthe future than kane, but I welcome the assault from wings fans who are lane superfans and cant see that he has an expiration date that coincides with them needing to improve to be a playoff contender.

  10. The progress in Kasper’s game is extremely noticeable every game he plays. What a beast on that top line and now playing PP1 and he doesn’t look out of place at all. AlJo, similarly, is quickly turning into a stud on the back end. They’re both gaining confidence at a remarkable rate. Lyon was unbelievable, Larkin is a stud in the faceoff dot, 3rd line looked great… what a game to watch. LGRW

  11. In the last couple of weeks, we've gone to both stanley cup finalists from last season and won. This team has the making of something great.

  12. I don't think talbot would have been able to lock in this win. Lyon is much more seasoned and composed and gives great second efforts whereas talbot gives up on plays too easily

  13. What about the wings 3rd line? They were absolutely buzzing and creating offensive chaos especially in the 2nd period
