The disrespect here was absolutely hilarious

In last nights NHL matchup between the Calgary Flames and the Washington Capitals, we had what has to be most hilarious sequence of this season yet! After Klapka laid a cross check on Tom Wilson in the third period of this game, Wilson went down in pain. The Flames however, didn’t think it was as bad as he was making it out to be which led to chirps from the bench. Wilson decided to mock the big head of Rasmus Andersson as a result as the two benches went back and forth. Well, shortly after on a delayed penalty, Andersson got a cross check from Wilson and began mocking him pretending to be hurt which led to the entire arena bursting out laughing. Wilson didn’t appreciate it, and what followed was an incredible sequence of the two mocking each other in the penalty boxes. This was incredibly petty from both guys but the disrespect made for amazing television and was just absolutely hilarious. I cover that and the rest of the game in todays NHL hockey video!

  1. Awesome video. Man, Wilson acts like a spoiled child. He's such baby. To see him go from fighting tough guys, to only fighting smaller guys, to flopping is sad for the game.

  2. somebody said Wilson looked like he was saying "you're a nobody" because when he was going at it, he gestured for Klapka to turn around to see his name, cause he didn't know who he was 😂

  3. Awwwww the guy who's thrown more dirty hits than most people in the history of the game doesn't like getting mocked for embellishing when someone hits him hard? Wilson just looks like an even bigger idiot for staring down Flames fans when he's sitting in the box instead of doing it after scoring a goal.

  4. Too funny 🙂 What I don’t get though is the Flames player making fun of Wilson for trying to get a penalty drawn, I mean Wilson got hit plenty hard so of course he’s gonna make sure refs notice. Nothing wrong with this and really if not doing it to help your team get more PP time you’re missing out.

  5. Thank you for showing us this, couldn’t stop laughing. And yeah, that cross-Check must have hurt. Laying on the ice is understandable. Hockey players are like expected to not feel pain, but they are still human. Still, it’s hilarious what ensued.

  6. wilson looks like trash person… Embellishment and when he has nothing to defend it, he comes with personal attacks… 🤮

  7. I gotta admit, I understand that hockey is a tough cookie sport. Anyone who is at that level is obviously tough as hell, so I don't really like mocking any injuries. Even if the hit isn't so bad, any athlete could get unlucky and face serious injury over what seems routine. We never know what exactly is going on inside out bodies.

  8. He didn't want to fight Wilson though. Wilson can talk and fight. Anderson is just running his mouth and hiding behind the refs…

  9. My spleen was ruptured from a cross-check to my left hip area. I have a 6-inch vertical scar from surgery down through my belly button from 30 years ago to prove it. Dangerous stuff.

  10. Reminds me of the Isles Rangers game I attended at The Coliseum a while back which saw Theo Fleury flapping his wings and clucking like a chicken at center ice, and Sandy McCarthy flexing his muscles at the Islanders. If I remember correctly, Rangers lost. But the chirping and fights made it all worth it. I was also at the Isles/Rangers game which included Dan Cloutier pummeling Tommy Salo in front of the Isles’ bench. Fun times indeed!

Btw, I hope you make your goal of passing the 100k mark. Your videos and commentary are great! I’ve been enjoying your highlight reels and recaps way more than I’ve enjoyed any sports segment on a news broadcast. Well, maybe except for Warner Wolf (Let’s go to the video tape!)

  11. On the flip side, tonight's Ottawa/Washington game was a banger! Such a respectful start, honoring both the crash victims, and TSN broadcaster Shawn Simpson (if you feel you need help, CAMH is a huge help). The ANTHEMS! First period stalemate, but the game exploded in the late second and third, culminating in Thomas Chabot scoring two goals and winning the game for Ottawa 5-4 in OT on his 28th birthday! Oh and Ovi has 19 goals left to score.

  12. Thompson has 2 regulation losses on the season. 2.
    2 regulation losses.
But canada is taking Montemblow to the 4 nations and not him.
