Only when he's not on your team. 😉
Sure someone's pointed it out, but Kucherov didn't get a penalty. It was wiped out by the goal.
Steve Dangle can barely skate. Why do we care what he has to say?
Dylan Larkin literally punched someone in the face when he got from behind
Don't think for a second that it is a coincidence that Shine got his call up. Feb 8th Kucherov is going to have his season ended.
Kuch is a very dirty player
9:00 As an inveterate Red Wings fan born and raised, I've long since accepted that the DoPS does not care about the safety of Red Wings players, and specifically Red Wings stars. Larkin has been sucker punched in the back of the head on multiple occasions, cross checked in the neck on multiple occasions, and as you said, the longest suspension of last season handed down to Perron for finally getting sick of watching his captain be the blunt end of multiple potential career ending dirty plays eclipsed the total punishment incurred for all four instances by several games. I'm about at the point where I want to see some Paul Bunyan come out of some of these guys to send the message that if the League won't protect them, they'll protect themselves.
Tom Wilson deserves it all. Rasmussen, didn't do anything.
This is how i see Scott Stevens as well lol 😂
Hahahah i c what you guys doing. Good job! Lol
The fact that he didn’t get any suspension for this is crazy. But they had no problem suspending a lesser player lol
Big shoutout to Steve for mentioning that at 9:03 I feel like the wings have constantly been screwed with this stuff year after year
The funniest thing about the perron suspension is that hes on the sens now, im sure he had to treat zub to a pretty nice dinner for the concussion he gave him
NBA does this with LeBron, he does some blatant and some dirty dirty stuff and never gets punished.
Kucherov has a very very long track record of this type of play. Should be a suspension as it looks intentional to try and injure to me but of course nothing will ever come from it.
Same kinda chicken-sh*t that Giodano did to McDavid breaking his knee.
As with Elon Musk I have been an early adopter of the "I hate Nikita Kucherov" parade. I think it was the shirtless utterly classless interview after the Lightning had eliminated the Montreal Canadiens in the 2021 Stanley Cup.
Since then there have been a number of unpunished cheap shots because the league seems afraid to punish him. Perhaps the recent suspension of McDavid is a sign that star players are not immune to consequences for their actions. I hope so. This absolute jerk needs a rest without pay.
Kucherov is just as shitty as you say, but no one deserves to get cheap-shotted more than Tom Wilson.
The NHL has needed new leadership for over a decade.
Jesse Blake: President of the George Parros Fan Club
For all the conversation about protecting the stars, maybe the stars get away with too much. Captain McElbow with his NutShot counterpart do things they get away with all the time. Same with Kucherov
Detroit is "soft" because anytime they retaliate they get a 7 game suspension. They have had to learn to play the system which sometimes doesn't allow them to play the game.
Is luke witkowski still in the wings organization? Be fun to sign him for the next bolts game.
He also did the same thing to JG Pageau on an empty net breakaway
calling Koochie greasy and dirty you obviously never played with Marchand/Ryan Reeves.
I like the call on kucherov….it is a supended offense!! But the other empty netter Rasmussen had wasnt his fault either.
Everyone should ask, "what was hughes thinking, trying to check him over an empty netter!?" Lol what a fool he looked like!
The nhl hates the redwings.
Kucherov got a penalty that didnt show.
12:35 Steve's expression LMAO. "Were you not listening the last 10 minutes?!" is being yelled by his eyes
Dikita Doucherov
I remember when yandle did this to Panarin (arguably even more obvious) and I was so pissed the league did nothing
Rasmussen dove into net after scoring. Relax Gheez
Steve roots for a loser franchise and he’s a loser too. 1967 6 team league was the last time his team won. lol
McDavid is another dirty player. At least McDavid doesn't flop like Kucherov though.
Don't forget about the slashing against the Islanders in 2020 and also the high stick on Brendan Gallagher also in the 2020 bubble playoffs
Player safety is and always has been a joke!
There is no getting around it of course it’s a dirty play ! For the most part all the Russians are dirty , how about #8 just as bad . They all needed to play in a different era ! Probers ,Grimson …………etc.
He even throwing elbows in that game before the Ras incident. He a trash human
Send Shine after him when they play next week.
When you say stood over Hughes acting all tough, I was watching that game and Hughes tried running Rasmussen and he ended up on his ass.
Chicken sheeet kuch
Typical leafs fans crying about Tampa
It was an absolutely, unnecessary trip that could've caused a major injury. Definitely needs to be held responsible
I am a Lightning plan and agree that he should be fined and/or suspended for that. He won't be. I don't know if I agree with Steves assesment he's "the dirtiest player in the league" I would agree if you said he had the "thinnest skin of any player in the league" thats splitting hairs though.
And I completely agree with the take at the end that this isn't complicated. He plays with edge and a huge chip on his shoulder and thats par tof what gives him the drive to keep working after winning multiple cups which keeps him one of the best players in the league AND he should be suspended and/or fined when he does something wrong just the same as any player. One of the reasons why I liked the McDavid suspension and continue to hate the uneven dispensation of 'justice' from league officiating and the DoPS.
It's so relieving to hear someone rip into the "#1 Bullshit" of the league. Dood is a lazy prick that's had the good fortune of having a solid team around him. Kuch the bum could never levitate a team on his own. And let's not talk about his other title "The LTIR Princess"
Been saying this for years. Glad to see people talking about it. He's a cu*t
He has always been dirty player. I can't believe it's just getting talked about.
Kucherov isn’t remotely close to being one of the most talented players in the league. He’s a good scorer. That’s pretty much it.
