I agree on TM being accountable to himself, it sends a great message to the rest of the team. One of the funny things is when he was hired there were a number of (mostly) Kings fans that basically said he prioritizes veterans over youth; which worried me a bit. That very much doesn't seem to be the case at all. Maybe that changes as the team becomes more serious contenders but so far he's put young players in big roles and key moments and has only praised them.
If you want to have some fun, look at Kasper's 82 game points pace since McLellan took over.
We’ll make the playoffs I bet a lot of money on it either a wildcard spot or 3rd division spot never know what can happen they could get too hot and harder to play against and get higher in the standings
