Ken Kal sits down with Red Wings head coach Todd McLellan to explore his journey from small-town Saskatchewan to the NHL. McLellan reflects on his early playing days and then his transition into head coaching in San Jose after winning the Stanley Cup with Detroit as an assistant coach in 2008.   2. It's amazing how important coaching is to the success of a team. One look at Dan Campbell and Todd McClellan demonstrates that coaching is way more of a factor in winning than one might think. So happy the Wings are on the upswing!
