Askarov's post-game self-interpretation was real comedy genius at work or at play. The penalty shot drama and his key save were great entertainment. Only 29 more games in the season so it will be hard to keep winning trend going with other teams more desperate for points. The whole team played right and did not pull one boneheaded play that I could see in the third period where it counts most. NHL needs to regularize the definition of goaltender interference more or draw a clearer line between accidental contact and intentional blocking.
